​For you, writers and adventurers, explore your inner soulscapes this summer through the mining of six nature metaphors​: desert, forest, ocean, river, mountain, grasslands.We will gather, reflect, write and share through a series of eclectic sensory prompts like sound, smell, image and audio.

​June 12: Desert 
"We come to the desert because we want to know who we are without all our external paraphernalia."

June 19: Forest
"Not till we are lost ...do we begin to understand ourselves." 

June 26: Ocean 
"Listening to the deepest loves, we open to an inner flow."

July 10: River  "What river has no source?"

July 17: Mountain 
"We climb the mountain not to conquer the world but to reach the higher ground--and thus the higher vision--within ourselves."

June 24: Grasslands "And don't you also flourish with the sun's attention, with a soft, warm touch?"
