I'M SORRY

Saturday, February 29, 9:30am-12:00

Women say these words A LOT. They just come spilling out at the drop of a hat, and most often when we have done nothing that warrants even a hint of an apology! Why? Where in the world did this come from?

And then, there are those situations where the words "I'm sorry" could mean everything, and we can't--or stubbornly refuse--to find the voice, the courage, the humility to speak these words.

We will be creatively curious together through reflection, conversation and expression about these 3 "little" words that are not so little, discerning why we say them when it isn't necessary and imagining what it might feel like to say them when it is--to ourselves, to someone else, to a group or family, to a Higher Power, to Mother Earth, or whom or wherever these words need to be spoken.  This morning workshop opens the door to a weekly series running through March and April exploring the concept and practices of forgiveness.

Cost: Sliding scale of $15-40
Location:  The Nest, 11 Center St., Northampton
