37 words carefully created and curated by Frederick and MaryAnn Brussat of the organization Spirituality & Practice (www.spritualityandpractice.com) that help you both navigate and articulate the dimensions of your spiritual life.
This alphabet is not specific to any one spiritual tradition, nor is it exhaustive, but offers a framework in which to give voice and ways to practice core threads of vital spirituality.
